I am your neighborhood spiritual mom bestie -- owner of Inner Serenity a spiritual coaching and healing space supporting women through the transformative journey of motherhood—from conception and pregnancy to postpartum and beyond.
Through mindfulness, meditation, breathwork, Energy healing, EFT tapping, spiritual guidance, and conscious motherhood practices, I help women reconnect with themselves, trust their intuition, release limiting beliefs and mom guilt, and cultivate greater emotional and spiritual well-being.
