Hello April -- New Beginnings!

Monthly Energy Update: It's time to surrender and walk into the new.

Hey Beautiful Soul -

I missed you so much these past few months! But we are back and I'm so excited for 2024!

The past few months have been humbling, eye - opening, tiring and just amazing. I am so grateful for the little bundle of joy that is in our life - our son Shiv was born on 12.15.2023. Thank you so much for being here and joining me on this incredible journey of motherhood! Let's breakdown what the energy in April will be like and what we have going on!

April is a fun- filled month with Mercury Retrograde and the Total Solar Eclipse. Most of the month will feel chaotic, shocking, like things are weird or just "off". But - this is the universe asking you to SLOW DOWN. Take some time to look inwards, how are you grounding in your own energy and power? Who are you giving your power to? How are you taking care of yourself? What are your boundaries?

Eclipse and Retrogrades are amazing time to just reflect and observe. Allow the things that are spiraling or swirling around you to do so without engaging - but be mindful and very conscious of the thoughts, emotions and energy that arise in you. You will have immense clarity at the end of April - which will usher you into a new beginning and a brand new cycle!

This month's mantra is - I ground into my knowingness and allow the universe to guide me to all the new beginnings awaiting me.

This month's activity: Slow down - how can you take care of yourself? Write down 2-5 things that will help you with self - care and slowing down a bit. Maybe take that yoga class or dive into some of the meditations on our Youtube channel?
