I love December - selfishly for many reasons - the holiday cheer, my birthday and that it's the last month of the year! I always feel a different energy in the month of December. And since it is my birthday month - I wanted to spend some time in this newsletter talking about things I have learned this year that might be valuable for you!
This month's motto is - I am allowing myself to rest, reflect and go inwards to prepare for the new year.
