Hello June - Opening up to Allow the New

Monthly Energy Update: A new season is upon us, and we are going to feel it! Open up to allow all the new that is coming in now.

Hey Beautiful Soul -

I cannot believe we have made it to June! Where did the last 6 months go? It's been particularly interesting for me as I have embarked in a journey of motherhood since Dec - each month is a reminder of a milestone and I can't believe how quickly time is going by. This reminds me of the energy of this month - to open up and allow things to unfold. To allow the new to now fully come into our reality without any resistance. I very much feel it's like turning a leaf and starting over again.

We start the month off with a new moon today in Gemini - all focused on allowing the new - and new beginnings. Gemini is ruled by Mercury - the planet known for communication - and this month is going to be all about clear communication and connection with others. It's also a month where you will start to feel a lot more intuitive and better communication with your spirt team/angels. You might see more synchronicities or just see things happening for you. In this case, we need to be clear on our intentions and what we REALLY want.

If you have time, sit with yourself and ask what is it that you are open for now? What is it that you really want in life? What are your intentions? Once this is communicated clearly with the universe - sit back and watch things unfold! Another note on communication - it's not just about words but also about your energy. The universe doesn't hear words - but picks up on your energy. So if your energy behind an intention is not clear - the universe will pick up the mixed signal and deliver exactly that.

This is why we want to ground our energy first and then slowly move into a mediation to really become clear on our intentions.

We are then graced by a full moon on June 21st - which is also the Summer Solstice(the longest day of the year) - on the western hemisphere. Get ready to feel into love and abundance!

This month's mantra is - I am open to new opportunities to come into my life now. I allow the universe to open the doors for new beginnings.

This month's activity: We have 6 months to go for rest of the year - feel into how this year has been and where you want to go? Take a look at your vision board or goals and prioritize your energy to meet the things you truly want.
