Phew...October is over and November is here. Do you feel that energy shift?! Eclipse season is over for now and we can look forward to the new beginnings! October was truly a very transformative month - I felt a huge push to purge old patterns, ways of being, ways of thinking, relationships, and so much more. I literally was questioning everything in my life and wondering what should stay and what should go - it felt heavy at times and completely peaceful at others. November is going to be a month where you continue to push yourself forward with the messages from eclipse season. Letting go of negative thoughts, fears, and doubts. It is also a great month to spend in reflection, gratitude and love. The new moon and full moon of November will push us to question what we want to focus on in the new year, where we need to let go of limitations and fears and lastly where we can surrender to love. This month's motto is - I am grateful for all the amazing things in my life. I know that they will grow exponentially as I hold gratitude for them. This month's activity: Start a gratitude journal. Pick a time daily to sit and write out 3 things that you are grateful for today. I recommend the morning or right before sleeping to really bring the energy in your day/night. Here is a journal prompt: What are the goals/dreams that I want to focus on in 2024? What have I accomplished in 2023 that I know I want to continue? If you try this - I want to hear from you!
